Yoga is not to be performed; it is to be lived. Yoga doesn't care about what have been. It cares about the person you are becoming.

We will be offering a YIN YOGA training with Lisa and Kristin in the fall of 2024.

Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!

"This yin training gave me the opportunity to take a step back from my normal (and often chaotic) day-to-day day routine.  My  reminder from this training  was that yoga is so much more than holding a pose or movement in a body.  Yoga encompasses the mental, physical and emotional aspects of being a human in this world.  This training gave me a grounded opportunity to step out of the distractions of the world to focus on myself internally for a while and to strongly connect with others, which was empowering and so needed.  The sense of community and safety developed in this training was profound and a strong reminder of how all of us are more alike than not.  And, when we connect and pull our forces together, we are a powerhouse of strength!"
