Yoga Nidra - A Guided Meditation

Every Sunday | 8:00-8:45pm (1st class is Feb 1st)

Slow down and deeply rest with this Yoga Nidra guided meditation class taught by Kris. Gently guided awareness invites profound relaxation, nervous system reset, and a chance to reconnect with your inner calm right from the comfort of your own space.

Sip & Stretch Class

Every Monday | 6:00-6:45am (1st class is Jan 26th)

Ease into your morning with this gentle, seasonally inspired Sip & Stretch class. Grab your lemon water, tea, or coffee and enjoy mindful movement and light stretching designed to wake up the body and set a positive tone for your day. This feel-good morning practice is accessible, nourishing, and thoughtfully guided by Kris.

Slow down and soften with this online Yin Yoga class taught by Lisa. Gently held postures invite deep release, relaxation, and a chance to reconnect with your breath and body—right from home.
