Online New Moon Lunar Yoga
Honor the new moon with a slow, intentional practice designed for reflection and renewal. This experience blends yoga, meditation, and journaling to help you connect inward and set aligned intentions for the cycle ahead.

What you’ll need to prepare:

  • A yoga mat or comfortable space
  • Blanket or pillow for support
  • Journal + pen
  • A candle or small object (optional, for intention setting)

 

A Zoom link will be sent upon registration. This is an online class. No prior yoga experience is required. Please practice within your own limits.
