Kris Schooler is a 500-hr. yoga teacher, meditation instructor, corporate wellness consultant, and soul coach with over a decade of experience creating spaces for deep connection, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-inquiry. She believes meaningful change begins with slowing down and listening inward, and her online events are designed to feel grounding, supportive, and real.
