Yin Yoga with Lisa

About the Event
Join Lisa for a relaxing yin yoga class. She is excited to offer this class in person in her backyard as well as to still be able to offer an online option via zoom. Once registered you will get an email with both her address and the zoom link.
This week is the start of a 7 week series focused around the chakra system. Lisa will curate a class comprised of postures that support the specific chakras to enhance healing & nourishment throughout mind & body. Tonight's class will focus on the Root Chakra-Muladhara.
Yin is a style of yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time to stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body. Yin also strengthens the flow of prana (breath) and contributes to balancing the energetic systems of the body.
Appropriate for all levels. Have blankets and pillows, or any other props from home to use during this practice. If you are coming in person, feel free to bring any props from home that you normally use. Lisa will also have blankets, bolsters and blocks available for use.
