About the Event

Starting this week, you now have the option to continue to practice online via zoom from the comfort of your own home.  Or you can opt to take it in person in Lisa's backyard in the East Boulder area (directions will be sent upon registration).  Aww, yin yoga under the stars.

Yin yoga is a style in which postures are held for longer periods of time to stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body. Yin also strengthens the flow of prana and contributes to balancing the energetic systems of the body.

Appropriate for all levels. Have blankets and pillows, or any other props from home to use during this practice. Get creative!
