This 60-minute gentle yoga class begins with breath-work and centering, followed by a slow flow of yin-style deep stretches, held for 2-8 minutes. Mandy will then lead a guided meditation to promote calm and clarity. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want to de-stress and cultivate a peace of mind, body and soul.
