The holiday season can be overwhelming and finding balance in our lives can seem out-of-reach this time of the year. It is important as women to slow down, take time for ourselves, reconnect with the power of community, and to shift into a space of ease as we navigate the stresses of the season. The afternoon will include yoga flow, yin yoga, thought-provoking journaling activities, and connection with other women. Enjoy a soak in the natural hot spring tubs, and even a spa treatment if you choose, before or after our mini-retreat.
